Liz is our Action Learning Expert. A strategic thinker, skilled facilitator, enthusiastic trainer and results driven coach.
Passionate about helping organisations achieve success through realising the potential in their people, she facilitates change at organisation, team and individual levels.
Liz specialises in Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, High Potential Leadership Programmes and Insights Discovery.
Her background
Liz has more than 15 years of high-level corporate experience working in talent and people development roles across sectors as diverse as Defence, Technology and Public Services.
After four years in people development roles at EDS, she moved to BAE Systems where she spent 10 years in both HR Generalist, Leadership Development and Talent Management roles.
Her training
Liz has led a number of Leadership Development Programmes and has coached many executives at critical times of their careers.
She delivers workshops promoting her areas of expertise and is a certified member of the ICF (ACC), an Insights Discovery Practitioner and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
