Jonathan has been working in learning and development for over 25 years across a diverse range of industry sectors. Initially working in Financial Services, Jonathan gained experience working with Banks and Insurance organisations before broadening out into the technology industry. This led him to gain a working knowledge of mobile communications, data, internet and cloud hosting and digital printing. 

Equally, he is accustomed to working across international boundaries and has held roles with EMEA and Global responsibility. This breadth of industry understanding, and geographical spread allows Jonathan to break down industry silos and promote best practise while still understand the geographic and cultural sensitivities that come with working internationally.  

Jonathan is comfortable designing and delivering training interventions that include executive coaching, workshop delivery and digital learning initiatives that support self-study. His background in sales and leadership development ensure that he can provide valuable insights that result in the building of ‘trusting relationships’ that lead to success.

Jonathan specialises in Organisational Development which invariably leads to developing Teams and Leadership capability and with a background in sales training, Jonathan can see the ‘wood whist down and in the trees’ he is a well-rounded development professional and published author on the topic of ‘Engagement’. Jonathan brings a pragmatic approach to learning interventions and organisational development that is refreshing and quickly gets to the heart of an issue.
